Description

The general aim of EEFC shall be the promotion of the gospel in those countries formerly associated with the Warsaw Pact In pursuit of this aim, and recognising that Eastern European countries have their own indigenous churches, with a long and distinguished record of faithfulness and martyrdom, the society shall: 1.: Promote fellowship between the churches of Eastern Europe and: those of the United Kingdom. 2. Provide finance to enable Eastern European pastors, student and other suitable persons to study at evangelical, centres of learning. . 3. Stimulate and support Christian outreach in Eastern Europe. 4. Provide relief at times of emergency such relief to be distributed through the indigenous evangelical churches. 5. Promote evangelistic projects 6. Help the indigenous churches to fulfil their ministry of compassion, particularly towards orphans. 7. recruit and support suitably qualified Christian workers to serve in eastern Eurpoe
