Description

The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and the income thereof UPON TRUST... in such proportions as the Trustees may from time to time in their absolute discretion determine for the advancement of the education (but not for the basic provision of education) of the pupils who are at that point in time attending the School. It shall be a fundamental provision of these presents that the benefits of the Charity shall be made available to the whole pupils as aforesaid without regard to academic ability, social background or family income and the Trustees shall at no time and in no way restrict such benefits to any sectional or academic interests within the School. Without prejudice to the foregoing generality, the Trustees shall direct the funds of: the Charity to such purposes as will extend the work of the School by making an imaginative contribution to the educational experiences of the pupils in, particularly, the following fields:- (a) The Arts. (b) International Co-operation and Understanding. (c) Expeditions and Travel. (d) Environmental. (e) The School in the Community.
