Description

The Association so named shall: (a) by close co-operation, understanding and mutual help, work together for the further development of all intellectual, social, physical and educational abilities of the mentally handicapped members attending Cowden Park Day Centre. (b) seek to raise adequate funds for the achievement of its objectives and invite and receive donations from any person or persons whatsoever by way of subscriptions, donations and otherwise, provided that the Association shall not undertake any permanent trading activities in raising funds for its charitable purposes.
