Description
The objects for which the Trust is established are to male grants or loans, with or without interest out of the income or capital of the Trust Fund for any purposes which, in the sole opinion of the Trustees, are for furthering the work of educating the public, and particular communities, organisations or individuals in Christian teaching and spreading the Christian Gospel in the Shetland Island Area in Scotland, and elsewhere in the United Kingdom or abroad and other activities assisting in the furtherance of the foregoing objects: Provided that any such grant or loan is for a purpose charitable in law 'charitable' having the same meaning as in the Income Tax Acts.
