Description
1) In relation to the Shrine (the Fabric whereof is to be maintained, and the lighting, heating and cleaning whereof is to be provided by Our Scottish Ministem). (d) with the previous written consent of Our First Minister and Our Scottish Ministers such modification of existing memorials or provision of additional memorials as may be considered desirable. and (e) with the written consent of Ow: First Minister and of Our Scottish Ministers the ananging fur and the carrying out of any anniverwy or other ceremony which may be considered desirable or appropriate.
