Description
The Trust Funds from time to time in the hand of the Trustees shall be held both as to capital and income thereof for the purposes of distribution to such charitable objects in the United Kingdom as the Trustees may determine, in which expression “charitable object” shall be included without prejudice to the said generality subscriptions to hospitals, institutions and other organisations amongst whose objects are the alleviation and care of sickness or infirmity, or the provision of assistance to persons of impaired fortunes or to or for behoof of children whose circumstances are such as to require assistance and in giving aid in direct or indirect methods in money or in kind to persons suffering from sickness or infirmity or to persons of impaired fortunes.
