Description
The trustees shall hold the Trust Funds and use, pay or apply the income thereof and also the capital, should they in their sole discretion deem fit, directly or indirectly, by donation or subscription, deed of covenant, bond of annuity or otherwise, solely for charitable purposes including without prejudice to the said generality payment to charitable bodies associations and organisations concerned with or engaged in the prevention or relief of distress, the relief of poverty, the advancement of education learning and research and the advancement of religion, which Trust Funds shall be so used, paid or applied by the trustees to such extent and at such time or times and in such amounts and in such manner as they in their absolute discretion may determine.
