Description
Make provision generally for the financial support and encouragement of certain charitable, cultural, educational, religious and welfare organisations and schemes as hereinafter provided but especially any charitable institution, organisation and schemes involved in the education of young persons because I wish to help young persons at schools, colleges, universities or other institutions involved in primary, secondary or tertiary education for advancing the education of young persons in one or more of the integral parts of education comprised in the definition of 'education' for charitable purposes such as academic and mental education, artistic and cultural education, spiritual and moral education and physical education.
