Description

The Objects of the Association shall be to deal with the following matters within the Burgh of Arbroath. (a) To assist the Local Authority to make and maintain a record of those physically and mentally handicapped who are in need of assistance. (b) To investigate the need for assistance, medical or social for all such physically and mentally handicapped, whatever the cause or the degree of disability, and to ensure that full advantage is taken of the provisions of the social security measures.
