3.1. The Charitys Objects are specifically restricted to the following: 3.1.1. the prevention and relief of poverty in South Belfast, in particular, but not exclusively by: 3.1.1.1. providing emergency food supplies directly to those in need, and/or through other charities and organizations; 3.1.1.2. providing tailored support and information in accordance with Christian principles, including, but not limited to sign-posting, outreach and training courses, designed to improve a persons well-being and a route out of poverty; 3.1.1.3. working together in strategic partnership with other anti-poverty charities and organizations to offer holistic more than food solutions to people in need. Nothing in the articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with s.2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
