ARTICLE 2 AIMS AND OBJECTIVES 2.1 The Organisation is established for the advancement of Islamic culture and education among Muslims (hereinafter called the beneficiaries) in Northern Ireland (hereinafter called the area of benefit) and for the advancement of education among the general public in the area of benefit and in particular; 2.1.2 to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of people of Islamic faith, so that their conditions of life may be improved. 2.1.3 to promote good race relations and good citizenship between the beneficiaries and the general public in the area of benefit. 2.1.4 to raise awareness of Islamic cultural heritage for the benefit of the general public and the beneficiaries in the area of benefit. 2.1.5 to advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the committee may, from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity.
