2. OBJECTS (a) The Association is established to improve the quality of life of residents living in Ardpatrick Avenue Hunter’s Mill Mourne View Court Pemberton Park Racecourse Hill Stream Street Thomas Russell Park Vianstown Park St Patrick’s Avenue irrespective of age, sex, disability, race, sexual orientation, political, religious or other opinion by associating with statutory authorities, voluntary and community organisations and the private sector. (b)In furtherance of the above objects, but not further or otherwise, the Association may: 2.1 Maintain, improve or provide public amenities and the improvement of the physical environment to which the public has free access; 2.2 Provide or secure the provision of welfare rights advice and information and refer those in need of professional assistance to the relevant agencies; 2.3 Provide, maintain and equip or assist in the provision, maintenance and equipment of Premises and Facilities designed to carry out the objects of the Association; 2.4 Promote and carry out, or assist in promoting and carrying out research, surveys and investigations and publish the useful results. 2.5 Organise or assist in organising meetings, lectures, classes and exhibitions, recreations and entertainments, and publish or assist in publishing reports, recordings, books or other documents or information; 2.6 Obtain collect and receive money by way of grants, donations, bequests, legacies or other lawful method.
