The Charitys Objects are specifically restricted to the following: The Charity is established for the relief of poverty and the relief of distress and suffering of women and children who have suffered, are at risk of suffering or are exposed to abuse or domestic violence by the provision of emergency residential accommodation for the benefit of public primarily in Northern Ireland; and To advance the education of the public and of employees of agencies and organisations concerned with domestic abuse through the provision of training courses, seminars, workshop, talks and the dissemination of information and advice.
