(3) OBJECTS The Company is established for the advancement of Christianity and to promote the benefit of the inhabitants in County Antrim (hereinafter called the “area of benefit”) and in particular to: a) promote Christianity in the area of benefit by preaching the word of God and providing a place of public worship for the service of God and the education of people in the area of benefit and for other purposes incidental to or connected with the work of a Christian Church in accordance with the principles of the New Testament; b) to provide or assist in the provision of accommodation and associated facilities for women who by reason of social or economic circumstances have need of such facilities; c) promote and develop facilities for the provision of advice, counseling and emotional support to people in need in the area of benefit; d) provide facilities and equipment for the spiritual, social and physical recreation and training of young people in Christian leadership for citizenship and Christian service with the object of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants in the area of benefit. (4) POWERS The Company has the following powers which may be exercised only in promoting the objects: a) Provide or secure the provision of a place of public worship for the service of God for the inhabitants of the area of benefit. b) Provide or secure the provision of advice, information, counseling and emotional support and refer those in need of professional assistance to the relevant agencies. c) Promote awareness of Christianity in the area of benefit.
