OBJECTS (4) The Companies objects (Objects) are specifically restricted to the following: To advance education in the Irish language and culture, and promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Ballinascreen and its environs of Draperstown and South Derry (thereinafter called the primary area of benefit) by advancing community development and education within the locality and providing or assisting with the provision, of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for said inhabitants and in particular: (a) To advance education in the Irish Language, arts, crafts, traditions and history, both within the primary area of benefit and elsewhere (b) To maintain and manage a community centre within the primary area of benefit for activities promoted by the Company; including but not limited to: adult language classes, an Irish medium playgroup, classes in the Irish arts and culture, afterschool clubs, summer schemes, and community education activities. (c) To promote any other purpose which is deemed to be charitable by the law of Northern Ireland for the benefit of the inhabitants of the primary area of benefit as the directors may from time to time determine.
