Description
The Association is established to promote the benefit of those who, without payment, provide help and support to a family member or a friend who may not be able to manage without this help because of frailty, illness or disability and who are resident in County Fermanagh or in County Tyrone (hereinafter called 'the Carers"), by supporting, informing and enabling Carers to carry out their caring roles, advocating on behalf of Carers with those who commission and deliver services and supporting Carers to work as equal partners in the planning and delivery of services affecting adults and children with special needs, including the elderly, those with mental health problems, life threatening disease or disability or the needs of Carers themselves
