Description

The objects of the company shall be: to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Portadown with particular emphasis on the electoral wards of Corcrain and Ballyoran and their environs (the "area of benefit) without distinction of sex, race, ethnicity or political, religious or other opinions, and are to advance education, relieve poverty, preserve and protect health, and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupations with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
