2.1 The project is established to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Strabane District Council area and environs (Herein after described as"the area of benefit") without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinions, in association with statutory authorities, community/voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to: 2.1.1 To assist the local community through Safety Provision and promoting the preservation of life. 2.1.2 Advance education on the work. 2.1.3 Provide services in the interest of community/public safety.
