Description
The objects of the Association shall be to: (i) advance education primarily amongst minority ethnic women by organising and/or delivering educational and training courses, seminars and educational visits in the interests of improving their quality of life and enabling them to take an active role in decision making processes and civic life; (ii) advance education in ethnic and cultural diversity; (iii) support, assist and promote for the benefit of minority people, communities in County Fermanagh and the public generally, the highest ethical principles of social harmony, health and social development, social, cultural and cross cultural understanding, inclusiveness, participation and integration, fairness and collective well-being so as to create and develop enlightened understanding, respect social cohesion and integration; (iv) research, create and develop awareness of ethnic/cultural diversity issues within and amongst communities in Northern Ireland; (v) provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupations with the object of improving the conditions of life primarily for minority ethnic women.
