Description

The Association is established to relieve poverty, sickness and the aged and to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Windyhall area and its environs (hereinafter called the area of benefit) without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion, by associating with statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants and in particular to cooperate with any local authority in the maintenance of a centre in the area of benefit for activities promoted by the association and its constituent bodies in furtherance of the above objects.
