The Association is establish to advance education, understanding and appreciation of Irish and Scottish traditional music and dance among people of all ages but particularly the young in Northern Ireland ( hereafter called the "area of benefit") by: Organising workshops,classes and public performances to provide access to and promote interest and participation in traditional Irish and Scottish music and dance for all sections of the community in the area of benefit.
