Description
The objects of the Branch shall be to advance the care, education and play development of children 0-3 years by co-operating with Early Years in: a) Encouraging the formation and development, by responsible people, of group play and other related activities within the Branch area for the 0-3 year age group. b) Increasing parental recognition of the needs of children and the value of high quality early years provision. c) Bringing together for peer support and training all those who are interested in the well being of children (0-3 years) and their families. d) Promoting public awareness of the value of high quality early years provision.
