Description
The objects of the Company shall be to promote the benefit of primarily the inhabitants of East Belfast but also elsewhere (the area of benefit) without distinction of sex, race or political, religious or other opinions and all other categories as set out in Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act, 1998 by associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to: (a) relieve those in need by reason of financial hardship, age, ill-health, disability or other disadvantage; (b) prevent or relieve poverty; (c) advance health; (d) advance education; (e) promote such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined.
