Description

The Association is established to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of age, sex, race or of political, religious or other opinion, by associating together the said inhabitants and statutory authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to relieve poverty, sickness and distress, to relieve the disabled, to advance education, to preserve and to protect health and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
