Description
The Charitys objects (Objects) are specifically restricted to the following: i. To alleviate need and disadvantage through the provision of services, assistance, advocacy and representation to care for, resettle and rehabilitate offenders and ex-offenders, alleged offenders, persons who may be at risk of becoming offenders and to care for the victims of crime and the families of such categories of person. ii. To work for the prevention and reduction of crime for the benefit of the public in Northern Ireland. Nothing in the articles authorises an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and/or section 2 of the Charities Act 2011 and/ or section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
