Description

The company is established to advance eduction, to promote the arts and to promote the benefit of the people of Northern Ireland ('the area of benefit') without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion, and in particular to: a) encourage appreciation for the active participation in performing arts activities, particularly amongst those who may have difficulty assessing such services due to social or economic services; b) to encourage appreciation of the arts and stimulate the artistic creativity of people in the area of benefit by provision of artistic performances, workshops, training, support and facilities for artistic expression and the use of this as a medium to explore contemporary social issues; c) to present, organise, manage and produce performances, workshops and exhibitions of works of cultural and educational value, including performances, drama, comedies, broadcasts, television shows, concerts, musical pieces, ballets, burlesques, film broadcasts, entertainments and exhibitions.
