"And I hereby further direct and declare that my said Trustees shall hold the residue of my said estate then existing and that same shall be known as "the Robert James Coulter Trust" upon trust to pay the income thereof annually to Newtownards Parish Church for the purpose of maintenance and upkeep of the said Church and I further declare that the receipt of the Treasurer for the time being of said Church shall be a good and sufficient discharge to my said Trustees and all succeeding Trustees of said Trust for payment of said income as aforesaid."
