Description
(a)to promote the welfare of the aged in any manner which now is or hereafter may be deemed by law to be charitable within the metropolitan district of wakefield. (b)in the furtherance of the above object, but not further or otherwise the organisation shall have the power to: i)raise funds and invite and receive contributions from any person or persons whatsoever by way of subscription, donation and otherwise provided that the organisation shall not undertake any permanent trading activities in raising funds for the object of the organisation. Ii)to carry on trade insofar as either the trade is exercised in the course of the actual carrying out of the object of the organisation or the trade is transitory and incidental to the caring out of the object aforesaid.
