Description
To assist boys and young men who are under the age of 25 years and in need of financial assistance of the following classes and following order of priority. (a) boys and young men born in one of the manors of broad town, thornhill, froxfield, wooton rivers and huish, all in the county of wiltshire, and boys and young men bornand resident in the said county. (b) boys and young men who have for not less than five years prior to the date of application for benefit been resident in the said county, in either or bothe of the following ways:- 1) in assisting such boys and young men who preparing for, entering upon or engaged in any profession, trade, occupationor service, by providing them with outfits, paying fees, travelling or maintenance expenses, or by other means for their advancement in life or to enable them to earn their living as the trustees think fit. 11) in promoting the education (including social and physical training) of such boys and young men.
