Description

To promote the health and welfare in any manner which now is or may hereafter be deemed by law to be charitable of all persons who shall be divorced or separated for any reason from their husbands or wives and who are in necessitous circumstances and the dependants of any such persons who are in necessitous circumstances and for widows or widowers who shall before the death of their spouses have been separated and who are in necessitous circumstances.
