Description
(1) to provide and carry on homes of rest convalesence and recoverry (hereinafter called 'the homes') for the benefit of persons (male of female) or dependants of persons(male or female) who are serving or have served in her magesty's army (including women's services) who have need of the facilities provided by and at the homes by reason of their age,infirmity, disablement, poverty or economic circumstances (hereinafter called 'the beneficiaries'). (2) if and in so far as the income and property for the time being belonging to the charity cannot be applied by the control board for these purposes the same may be used for the urposes of providing for the benefit of qualified beneficiaries the faciliteis of any cibvakescebt home or other institution or or organisation.
