For the benefit of blind and/or disabled people by:- 1) relieving such persons who are in need by reason of financial hardship, sickness and distress. 2) advancing the education of such persons in particular to enable them to gain employment. 3) providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for leisure and recreation with the object of improving the conditions of life of such persons.
