For the education and training of all organisations, associations, individuals and / or groups of individuals concerned with the care of people with learning disabilities (all of which organisations, associations, individuals and / or groups of individuals are hereinafter collectively referred to as 'the Organisations and Individuals') in matters relating to the care of people with learning disabilities and to their particular needs and requirements.
