Description

The trustees shall hold the trust fund for charitable purposes exclusively which will appear to them in there absolute discretion directed to the benefit or welfare of the 219th (City of Dundee) Air Defence Batter. Royal Artillery (volunteers) (hereinafter referred to as “the Battery”) or any unit thereof or any sub- unit which was substantially a predecessor of the Battery should such ever be created, or in the event of the disbandment of the Battery for the benefit of the surviving to the forgoing gernerality (a) the Trustees shall have power to make such grants as they may consider necessary for the benefit of all serving members or former members or their wives, families or dependants of the Battery.
