Description

The aim is to give security and companionship to elderly people who would otherwise be living alone, who no longer feel able to lead the almost completely independent life of a private house or even an old person's flat, but do not want or need the full support of an Old Persons' Home. and to enable them to continue to live in a neighbourhood and in the sort of domestic atmosphere to which they have been accustomed, sustained by the' friendship not only of their fellow residents but of a local group of kindly people.
